Before you hire
Driver requirements.
Drivers must be aged 19 or over and must have held a valid driving licence for at least three years.

✓A driving-licence check code is required if you have penalty points
✓Bring a payment method for the hire and £250 pre-authorisation

Mileage
250 miles are included with each 24-hour hire. Additional mileage is charged at 10p per mile.
Fuel
Fuel is supplied and returned on a like-for-like basis.
Cancellations
Payments are non-refundable if a booking is cancelled.
Late returns
Returns more than 45 minutes late will be charged at an additional full day’s hire rate.
Collection and return
Collection is available from 08:30 and return is by 18:30. After-hours return instructions will be provided when required.
UK hire only
RAC recovery is included throughout the UK. Our vehicles must not be taken abroad.
Vehicle availability is not guaranteed until your reservation has been confirmed. An additional £250 card pre-authorisation applies to every hire.
